Required Front-End Skills

• Expert HTML5
• Expert CSS3
• Expert JavaScript/jQuery/AJAX
• Experience in using third-party APIs
• Experience in interactive UIs
• Experience in mobile web development
• Obsession with web standards
• Experience in Compass/SASS
• Strong debugging skills
• Experience in Facebook application/tab development

Required Backend Skills

• Expert PHP/MySQL
• Experience in MVC frameworks (Codeigniter/Symfony/Rails)
• Experience in objective-oriented programming, and relational data modeling
• Experience in Doctrine ORM
• Experience in LAMP webserver maintenance / shell environments

Our ideal candidate will also have a number of the following qualifications:

• Experience in iOS/Objective-C
• Experience in Sencha Touch
• Experience in Ruby
• Open source contributions
• Understanding of SEO best practices

Responsibilities

• Engineer highly interactive websites and applications
• Draft specifications, personas, and scenarios
• Actively participate with project teams including Project Managers, Designers, and Developers.
